PRESIDENTS REPORT:
• Jerry welcomed new faces at the meeting
OLD BUSINESS:
• Wiles Road fence bid was AMENDED – additional $500.00 to finish the project. The fencing will now run from the
double gates IN FRONT of the ficus hedges IN FRONT of the arecia palms to the existing masonary wall. Project to be
completed by end of January.
NEW BUSINESS
• Alert CPM to broken sprinkler heads ( continually ) near the east entrance on the park side.
• Homeowners voicing complaints about party/trash along lakes and main thoroughfares & also damages to
vehicles – contact police about having more presence in our neighborhood.
• NO monthly meeting in January due to school being closed for holiday.
• Our back entrance sign is missing a “gold” ball on top.
