OLD BUSINESS:
• Mike Fogarty reported that Pine Tree Water District was out to “dive” on the lake on 66th Terrace. Getting aggressive to find answers & fix problem with slippage. • Robyn will contact the City of Coral Springs to see if she can obtain engineering / plats for the lake and surrounding area. • Jerry reported that the light fixtures on the West end wall are inoperable and he will be shopping for new fixtures to match the ones we recently installed on the sign monuments. • West end property double gates are broken – FPL to be contacted.
NEW BUSINESS
• During the meeting – Board members read over the revised April 1st letter that Jerry wrote. Some wording was changed and ok’d. • Discussion about NO third letter going out to delinquent homeowners and approved by Board members – wording changed in the April 1st letter CLEARLY states that the annual maintenance is due by the April meeting otherwise will be delinquent and subject to attorney notice & fees. • Lyle submitted a check list of safety issues for homeowners to be aware of during our turbulent economic times – the letter will be included in the April 1st mailing.
