Our monthly meetings will now be held at a NEW LOCATION.  
      7401 Wiles Road – Whispering Woods Complex

Located just minutes from our community – head West on Wiles – pass Hidden Hammocks Estates
/ Godfrey Road / Broward Landscaping – turn right into the complex – make an immediate left and
the building is on the right facing Wiles Road.  A greeter will be at the door to direct you to the
meeting room.

Due to the rules regarding entrance to our meeting venue – entrance to the meetings will only be
allowed from 6:55 pm to 7:05 pm .. Please be prompt – no late admittance !!!

The HOA is again asking for new members to serve on the Board. We are in desperate need of
a Secretary – tasks include attending the monthly meeting / recording minutes / preparing
minutes for web page  & engaging in community decisions.

Located in the northeast corner of Coral Springs, our subdivisions of Oakbrook
and Hidden Hammocks encompass 650 homes.  Established in 1984, our lushly
landscaped streets and pristine lakes and waterways provide a quiet and
peaceful place for our families to live and grow.

We make it easy for residents to get away from the busy city life and get back
to nature with two local parks that include plenty of open land, extensive
playground areas, jogging paths, volleyball and basketball courts.

Our all-volunteer, non profit organization takes pride in our community and
works hard to maintain our comfortable way of life.

The February 1st mailing of our annual invoice statement is now in the mail and
should be arriving within days to your mailbox.  If for some reason you do not
