• No President present
OLD BUSINESS:
• 11 west end light fixtures need to be replaced – Jerry ordered new fixtures and will contact
ALCOR Electric for installation. Total cost of new fixtures $317.32
NEW BUSINESS
• Robyn to check on the Broward Property Appraisers website for the tax roll on the property
acquired by the Quit Claim Deed, Butler Farms Section Two 118-49 B Tract C that was recorded on
Feb. 9, 2011. This property represents common area owned by Butler Farms that has been
previously escheated to the County and subsequently deeded to the City of Coral Springs.
• The Board is also asking the City for a survey of this property and proof of record in the plate
book.
• The Board reviewed current and past invoices from our marketing company.
• The Board reviewed a request from homeowners Daniel & Wanda Urrutia for installation of a
pool on their property which abuts the western canal restoration area. The Board approved their
plans with the provision that Butler Farms HOA be added as additional insured with their insurance
company.
• The HOA paid $1103.00 on income tax form 1120-H for the year 2010.
