CALL TO ORDER: 7:10 PM
IN ATTENDANCE: Jerry, Lyle, Dave, Chuck
TREASURERS REPORT: End of April 2009
Bank Atlantic – reg. $132,099.91
Bank Atlantic – assessessment - $20,552.86
Bank of America – CD $11,823.52
PRESIDENTS REPORT:
• Jerry Renda introduced himself as the new President of the HOA stating his concerns of not
“really” wanting to be President, however, he will take over for one year.
• Lengthy discussion about the canal reconstruction and ideas of what type of allowances
should be made for canal homeowners with regard to fencing / plantings etc.
OLD BUSINESS:
• No business discussed
NEW BUSINESS
• . Lyle presented an agenda that he would like the Board to use at all monthly meetings, to
follow the “Roberts rule”.
• Lyle also mentioned that the 35 feet beyond the canal homeowners property line is that of
the homeowner and that they would be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep.
