TREASURERS REPORT: End of April 2011
Bank Atlantic – reg. $170,880.46
Bank Atlantic – assess $20,252.86
Bank of America – CD $12,008.11
Total paid for 2011 = 516
MOTION by Robyn / 2nd by Dave to write off past delinquencies from 2006 ($3340.00) & 2007
(($6449.50) for a total of $9789.50.
PRESIDENTS REPORT:
• No President present
OLD BUSINESS:
• Due to Homeowner construction along the western edge property – the grassy area in front of
the double wide gates (on wiles ) has been damaged. FPL has also entered thru the double gates
for construction on their property. Letters sent to homeowners. CPM to give estimate for repairs.
• The Board continues to attend Pine Tree Water Management monthly meetings for updates
and voicing our concerns regarding the proposed construction to fix the eroding lake edge on 66th
Terrace.
NEW BUSINESS
• Robyn presented a bid from CPM $4775.75 to re-landscape a section of shrubbery on Wiles
Road at the Oakbrook entrance. This encompasses tree removal & tree replacement also.
• MOTION by Jerry / 2nd by Chuck to approve bid of $4775.75.
