PRESIDENTS REPORT:
• Thank you to homeowner, Mike Fogarty, for using his own fill dirt to fill in the crack along
the lakes edge on 64th Terrace, per OK with Pine Tree. Subsequently, Pine Tree filled in
remainder of crack/gap, placed sod over dirt.
OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS
• Phone calls coming in, thank you volunteer/member Chuck Witt for answering our line.
• Suggestions for 1st letter = new layout, more business like, actual invoice.
• Jerry suggest we go over our doc’s – make notes on the changes we want. Send out
petitions to homeowners to obtain a quorum in order to make these changes.
