Recording events below.
• June 23 – Invoice #3533 & #3568 from PILLAR totaling $7881.50 PAID. (note
that Board members Lyle and Dave voted NO to payment at this time.)
• June 30 – list of delinquent HO’s sent to attorney Emery. Total of 79 names on
list.
• July 2 – Lien letters sent to delinquent HO’s from Emery. ($390.00 + $17.00
interest + $7.50 certified postage + $275.00 attorney fees = $689.50).
• End of June – canal bids were presented from PILLAR.
• July 1 – Broward County Water Resources Division confirmed that they are
NOT taking jurisdiction over the project. Therefore, eliminating one drainage
structure and approximately 355 feet of pipe. ** PILLAR to resend bids back to
bidders for new quotes.
• July 15 – received “revised” bids from construction companies.
