As a Homeowners Association we are trying our
best to keep on top of home sales/foreclosures with
regard to ownership.  A form letter from the
Association will be sent out to alert the
bank/mortgage company etc. that proper
maintenance on lawns / pools / general upkeep and
Association fees must be maintained at their
expense.  If you are aware of any property in
disrepair please advise the Board through the
website.
After having our annual sidewalk
pressure cleaning job done, our Board
contacted The City of Coral Springs
and The Broward County Traffic
Engineering Division, asking if we
could have our streets “freshened up”
with new pavement markings.

Important notice for Coral Springs Water Customers
As an ongoing component of our mission to provide safe
drinking water to our customers, the City of Coral Springs
Utility Division will perform its annual flushing program
from August 11 through August 25. During this time, the
Water Utility Division will temporarily change its method of
chlorinating the water supply. This routine program will
enable the Water Utility to comply with the requirements
set by the Department of Environmental Protection. As a
result, you may notice a chlorine taste or odor in the tap
water. The areas that will be affected will be from Royal
Palm Boulevard north to Wiles Road, and north of Wiles
Road to the Sawgrass Expressway from Riverside Drive
east to State Road 441.
These temporary conditions should not be harmful to your
health. However, if you are on kidney dialysis, please
consult your physician for any special instructions
concerning this matter. If you have tropical fish or aquatic
animals, please contact your local pet store for advice.
If you are especially sensitive to the taste and odor of
chlorine, try keeping an open container of drinking water
in your refrigerator. This will enable the chlorine to
dissipate, thus reducing the chlorine taste. Remember,
drinking water has a shelf life. Change out the water in
your refrigerated container weekly.
The City of Coral Springs is committed to providing an
adequate supply of safe drinking water for all our
customers, protecting the environment through
conservation and infrastructure maintenance, and
maintaining full compliance with all legal and regulatory
requirements while managing natural resources
cost-effectively.
We regret any inconvenience you may experience during
this time, but this is necessary to maintain our high quality
water standards throughout our system. If you have any
questions, please call 954-345-2160.

In addition to this work being done we now
have a commitment from The City that our
ENTIRE neighborhood will be repaved.
Our project is included in their Spring
budget of 2009.  This enhancement to our
streets will certainly update our
neighborhood !!
               THEY’RE BACK

Bikers, walkers and little people will be invading our sidewalks
