By now you should have received the FIRST notification that the 2010
annual maintenance & assessment of $390.00 is NOW DUE !!   The Board
and fellow homeowners thank you in advance for your prompt payment.
This fee allows the Board to keep current on all our commitments & loan
payments.  Should you experience difficulty in paying these fees please let
us hear from you.
You may have
seen the orange
mesh fencing along
the lakeside on
66th Terrace.  We
seem to have
experienced a land
slippage – where
some of the
grassed area along
the lake slipped
into the lake.  We
are currently
awaiting word from
Pine Tree Water
District as to what
they concur has
happened and
what needs to be
done to rectify this
problem.
Our fencing project
along the community’s
western boundary is
complete.  We have
disabled anyone trying
to gain access to the
area by securing a 6
foot fence attached to
the double wide gates
(that you see from
Wiles Road) and
extending it to the
masonry wall.  New
ficus hedges will be
planted to help “hide”
the fencing.
Our maintenance crew
(CPM) is in the process of
cutting back to a height of 6
feet all of the ficus hedges on
our common grounds ie
66th Terrace / 64th Drive etc.
 If your property abuts these
hedges please be aware
that it is the homeowners
responsibility to maintain
your side of the hedges to
comply to the 6 foot height,
which is required by city
codes.
