Our 2012 budget shows an increase in the landscaping column. The Board is encouraging
homeowners to voice their concerns and ideas with what YOU would like to see upgraded /
changed or added to beautify the community. All recommendations will be taken into

As noted in the September 20, 2011 Minutes, the Board voted to raise the annual maintenance
beginning in 2012 to $335.00 per year. The Special Assessment amount of $165.00 which has
been in effect for the past 6 years has come to an end and the bank loan is now paid in full.

Due to new insurance regulations we are no longer able to hold our monthly
or annual meetings at Park Springs Elementary School. The Board regrets
any inconvenience this may cause in attendance to our meetings. The
nearest location which we were able to secure for MONTHLY meetings is
7401 Wiles Road in the Whispering Woods Business Complex. A venue for
the ANNUAL meeting has not been secured at this time.
