TREASURERS REPORT: End of October 2011
Bank Atlantic – reg. $78,524.37
Bank Atlantic – assess $20,252.86
Bank of America – CD $12,008.11
**Legal fees from MBR as of end of October total over $35,000.00
** Check with MBR about meeting on Nov. 21?
** Dave is paying off our loan balance 4 months early – which will eliminate our Assessment
account.
PRESIDENTS REPORT:
• No Presidents report
OLD BUSINESS:
• Lake issue on 66th Terrace is complete – except for safety cones still along the street
edge due to guard rail not reinstalled. Contact Mike Fogerty to see is he can find out when
that will be taken care of.
NEW BUSINESS:
• Ficus hedges have been sprayed for white fly – winter annuals to be planted soon.
• Board discussion about legal fees being charged by MBR – trying to set up meeting
with MBR and Board members to get answers of our concerns.
• Decided to NOT hold meeting in December due to the closeness of holidays.
