• 5 bids were brought to the table for discussion regarding pressure washing and painting.
Due to no quorum Robyn will scan bids / reference numbers and send out emails for a motion &
vote. The 5 bidders gave separate bids for the two jobs we required. Bid #1 was to pressure
wash all common area sidewalks / swells / curbs. Bid #2 was to pressure wash ONLY the areas
to be painted and to apply paint.
• BUSY BEE #1 = 2900.00 #2 = 3800.00 total $6700.00
• ARTISTIC #1 = 7125.00 #2 = 2175.00 total $9300.00
• HARTZELL #1 – 3100.00 #2 = $3580.00 total $6680.00
• PRACHEL #1 = 3740.00 #2 = 4050.00 total $7790.00
• GH PAINT #1 = 3875.00 #2 = 4295.00 total $8170.00
• Robyn to contact police department for an accident report which happened on Oct. 17,
2010 at our main entrance on Wiles & NW 66th Terrace. Damage to landscaping / signage &
lighting fixtures.
Robyn has already contacted CPM to reinstall palm tree / contacted electrician for repair work /
called TW Signs to repair sign.
