TREASURERS REPORT:  End of September 2009
        Bank Atlantic – reg.  $74,296.72
        Bank Atlantic – assessessment - $20,252.86
        Bank of America – CD  $11,823.52

-35 foreclosures in the neighborhood
-Requested an updated “delinquent” list from Emery for 2007 & 2008 = 53 delinquents
-        --he netted 18 payments for a total of $8526.00 ( of which $336.00 was interest)
-collection agency netted 17 – 2009 delinquents for the month of September.



PRESIDENTS REPORT:

-        Jerry sent email to Emery – wanted list of delinquents for 2007 & 2008 by October meeting.



OLD BUSINESS:

•        A change in fence companies occurred – we are now under contract with First Class Fencing to install 30 feet of
fence along the southern end ( wiles road ) of our canal easement area. This fencing will keep intruders out and off of
our property along with western edge of our community.


NEW BUSINESS

•        The Board will prepare a flyer with regard to offering high school students community service hours ( a
graduation requirement).  This flyer will be posted at Coral Springs HS and will allow students the opportunity to help
keep our neighborhood trash free.

OPEN FLOOR

-        Can we get a Citizens Patrol committee together to walk the neighborhood and check on conditions of homes/
landscaping and unoccupied homes?
-        Contact the City about the median on Wiles Rd. at our 66th Terrace entrance – why does it look so bad?
-        Contact City – who is liable and why aren’t they maintaining the tall grass on our western edge property beyond
our HOA’s 35 foot easement?
