        Bank Atl. Long term – $216,489.69
        Bank Atl. Short term - $7807.34

•        Brown & Brown sent us paperwork asking if we wanted to insure our signs?
•        ? – what “exactly” is covered?
•        ? – change is cost of the premium?
•        ? – is vandalism covered ?
•        ? – what is our deductible on this item?
•        ? – is the electrical covered?

•        Diane Yousefi needs to be taken off of the Corporation.

PRESIDENTS REPORT:

•        Jerry WELCOMED new faces in the audience.

NEW BUSINESS

•        Reviewed (3) bids to put up fencing at our Wiles Road easement entrance (behind ficus hedges)
1.)        Lou Witt = $600.00 plus permit fee
2.)   First Class Fence = $854.00
                               3.)   RHI = $550.00 (bid for 10 feet of fencing only)
•        MOTION  by Lyle to award bid to Lou Witt
•        Seconded by Dave
•        Amended by Lyle – need proof of  $1,000,000.00 insurance from Witt.

OPEN TO FLOOR:   Concerns of residents - * dirtbikes on easement area   * received a “thank you”
from Karen Olsen for the Boards  time & persistence in getting the canal/easement area completed    *
do we need to look into changing our attorney?   * change our doc’s to allow us to add collection fees to
delinquent homeowners   * contact schools about getting students to do community service hours by
cleaning up our neighborhood trash   * contact Code about homeowner who has garage sales EVERY
Saturday.
