66 delinquent 2010 = $25,740.00
PRESIDENTS REPORT:
• Robyn read mintues / notes taken over the summer hiatus to inform Homeowners of
all actions taken during this time.
• Mention of our new attorney
• Updated on the progress of landscaping project
OLD BUSINESS:
• Completion of landscaping project
NEW BUSINESS
• Payment for school lease for 2010/2011 = $840.09
• Paint color charts were presented to get homeowners thoughts on new color
schemes for our neighborhood
OPEN FLOOR
• Concern about length of payment time for special assessment
• Community involvement – several homeowners want to get a committee together –
need more involvement.
