CALL TO ORDER: 7:15 PM Meeting held at the home of Chuck Witt 6472 NW 56th St.

TREASURERS REPORT: End of August 2011
Bank Atlantic – reg. $126,672.08
Bank Atlantic – assess $20,252.86
Bank of America – CD $12,008.11
Total paid for 2011 = 516
93 homeowners are still delinquent for 2011 – all have been place with MBR for collections.
PRESIDENTS REPORT:
• Jerry hoped that we all had a nice summer !!
OLD BUSINESS:
• Lake project on 66th Terrace is semi-completed. Lake bank has been stabilized / irrigation
repaired / 6 new trees planted / sod installed.
• HOA is not happy with the final grade – Pine Tree rebid the job and will be removing sod –
regarding and then replacing sod.
NEW BUSINESS
• Due to insurance regulations the HOA will no longer hold our meetings at Park Springs
Elementary school. A new venue will be announced shortly.
• The Board will be meeting with representatives at Bank Atlantic to get the association set up
with the “lock box” system – beginning in 2012 – payments for the annual maintenance will be sent
directly to Bank Atlantic for deposits.
• Discussion about raising the 2012 maintenance was on the table. The special assessment
amount of $165.00 was completed with the 2011 payment. Regular maintenance currently is
$225.00.
• MOTION on the table by Dave Whitbourne beginning in 2012 to raise the dues to $345.00 per
year. After discussion by Board members there was a MOTION by Chuck Witt to AMEND the
amount to $335.00 – all in FAVOR – Robyn Cable , Dave Whitbourne & Joan Shack.
• Beginning in 2012 the annual maintenance will be $335.00.
• MRB sent the HOA a list of 13 homeowners whom are ready for liens to foreclose. Board
needs to look over accounts / send questions to attorney / prepare responses.
