Our April 15, deadline has come and gone. Sadly, we have
over 90 homeowners who have become delinquent with their
2008 annual dues. This represents a loss of revenue in
excess of $35,000.00 to the Association. Clearly shown on our
annual budget this community runs on a “tight” budget and this
loss could and can result in a financial strain within our “little
corner of the world”.
