On or around February 1, 2010, you will be receiving your “annual” packet from the
Association. Included in this mailing will be your 2010 INVOICE for maintenance & special
assessment fees of $390.00. We ask that this payment be made in a timely manner as the
Association depends on these funds to maintain the upkeep our YOUR neighborhood.
If you DO NOT receive this packet, please let us know. Our neighborhood has been going
through quite a transition of new homeowners / foreclosures etc. and we have tried our best to
keep track of these changes.
