The Board has hired a new law firm to represent the Association. Mirza Basulto & Robbins, LLP ( MBR ) , has
a heavy concentration in Community Association retain this firm. The association will only be billed for work
performed on behalf of the association after receiving direction from the Board of Directors. Just a few of the
legal services they will be providing is: collection of delinquent assessments / enforcement of restrictions &
rules / advising the association as to its legal obligations / providing legal opinions / instituting legal action /
defending the association & attending meetings. The firm is located in the heart of Coral Springs.

Regarding delinquent homeowners for years 2012 and previous – IF you have received
a letter from our attorney regarding this matter and believe that it was sent in error –

mail and should be arriving within days to your mailbox. If for some
